The second home has changed

From occasional getaways to a life chosen now: what people are really asking.

A few years ago, the second home was about occasional getaways. Today, we are seeing professionals and entrepreneurs genuinely relocating from Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore: not for a holiday, but to reset how they live.

Goa is at the centre of this shift. Clean air, space, community and, increasingly, connectivity. The kind of life that was once reserved for retirement is being chosen by people in their thirties and forties who simply don't want to wait.

Can I live here? Can I work from here? Can my children grow up here?

Building in North Goa and Tiracol, we see this on the ground every day. The person asking about a Tellado home today isn't just asking about yield. They are asking: can I live here? Can I work from here? Can my children grow up here?

The answer, increasingly, is yes.
