Malibu, Tuscany, and now Mexico
Three houses on one river, each in a design language of its own. The third is Qova.
World-class design shouldn't require a world tour.
SeaSky brought something of the Malibu coast to Tiracol. The Vale brings Italy, from the Tuscan countryside to the shores of Lake Como. With Qova, we bring a little Mexican flair: Mexican in its design, its textures, its furniture and its intent.
Intimate yet expansive, grounded yet dreamlike.
A place slightly removed
The name comes from the word cove. Qova suggests a place slightly removed from the world: intimate yet expansive, grounded yet dreamlike.
Its architecture borrows the softness of Mexican design: sculpted arches, thick limewashed walls, shaded thresholds and earthy textures. Two villas are now taking shape above the river.

The second residence of the Riverside Collection: every wish for a house, and an idea that kept improving as we built it.
A village within a village
Mandrem is a village of lanes. Baia Villas carries that pattern into six homes, inside and out.
We kept looking up
How the birds of Siolim, and the canopy they live in, shaped Tellado Villas.
